How come it says 9.99 but on Amazon they are $25?

Ah, sorry Mark. The prices were indicated as $9.99 for our Winter Holiday promotion. The prices have been adjusted since the Winter Holiday sale ended after New Year’s. I’ll adjust the blog post to update that.
