As promised, Cingular Wireless began offering the 8525 and the Samsung BlackJack today. Both of these run Windows Mobile, but one is a Pocket PC phone while the other is a WM Smartphone.

These are some of the first from this carrier to offer support for 3G cellular-wireless networking. Specifically, they include UMTS/HSDPA, giving users download speeds between 400 and 700 kilobits per second and upload speeds up to 384 Kbps.
