A leak of pictures from Cingular suggests that this new Treo will be a GSM device which will be carried by Cingular. From the pictures, it seems to be running Palm OS and not Windows Mobile, but they may release two versions like the Treo 700w and 700p. The date of release expected to be October 2006.

For those who just can’t get enough of the Treo Nitro, a couple of new pictures of this upcoming smartphone have appeared.

Even though this device hasn’t yet been announced by Palm, Inc. and is currently known only by its code-name, this is the second group of pictures of it to appear in just a few days, a sure sign that the release of this device is getting nearer.

These latest images don’t reveal any significant new details on the Nitro, but at least they are the clearest so far.
